1. What Data We Collect

1.1 Data You Provide Directly

When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, or subscribe to our newsletter, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and information about your business. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry or deliver the service you requested.

1.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain data is collected automatically by the tools described in Section 2, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, session duration, and mouse movement or scroll behaviour (in aggregate, anonymised form).

2. Third-Party Tools and Services

2.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, traffic source, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Google may transfer data to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

2.2 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behaviour analytics tool that records anonymised session data including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling patterns. This data helps us improve the user experience on our site. Clarity does not capture personally identifiable information such as passwords or payment details. For more information, see Microsoft's Privacy Policy.

2.3 CleanTalk

We use CleanTalk as an anti-spam service to protect our contact forms. When you submit a form, CleanTalk checks your submission against its spam database, which may involve processing your IP address and email address. Data processed by CleanTalk is subject to their Privacy Policy.

2.4 Contact Forms

Our contact and consultation request forms are processed through our website's native form system. Submissions are stored securely and are only accessible to Scaling Your Company team members who handle client inquiries. We do not share form submission data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.5 Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address for the purpose of sending you updates, articles, and event invitations from Scaling Your Company. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function correctly.
  • Analytics cookies: Used by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymised usage data.
